Who can become an Ambassador?

Only Ironhack alumni are eligible to refer and earn a voucher.

When exactly do I get my voucher?

Right after your referral graduates from their bootcamp and finishes paying the full tuition.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes! Refer as many friends, family members, or colleagues as you want. Each successful referral earns you another 500€ voucher.

THE FINE PRINT

1. Eligibility

• Participation is open exclusively to Ironhack alumni who have successfully completed an Ironhack bootcamp or program.
• The referred candidate must be new to Ironhack: they must not already exist in our database, and must not have a prior application, enrollment, or lead record on file at the time of referral.
• Ironhack reserves the right to verify alumni status and referral eligibility at any point before, during, or after the reward is granted.

2. Referral Process and Prerequisites

• The Ambassador must share their unique Ambassador link with the candidate. The referral is only valid if the candidate applies through this link.
• The candidate must mention the Ambassador's name to the Admissions team during their interview. Only the first reference to an Ambassador provided by the candidate will be considered valid; any subsequent correction or change of Ambassador attribution will not be accepted.
• If the candidate does not correctly identify the Ambassador at this stage, no reward will be granted for that referral.
• Each referred candidate can be linked to only one Ambassador. In case of a dispute between two or more Ambassadors claiming the same referral, Ironhack's internal records (based on the first valid reference given by the candidate) will be final.
• The candidate must successfully complete the application and admissions process and must be formally enrolled and have settled the agreed program fee in full (financing arrangements, scholarships, or third-party payment methods accepted by Ironhack are considered equivalent to full payment).

3. Reward

• The Ambassador's voucher is granted once the referred candidate graduates from their Ironhack bootcamp, and finishes paying the full tuition.
• Ambassadors may refer as many candidates as they like; each successfully completed referral generates a separate reward.
• The reward is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be postponed at the Ambassador's request, and cannot be combined with other Ironhack promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Ironhack reserves the right to provide the reward in an equivalent alternative form if delivering it in its original form becomes impossible or unreasonable for reasons outside Ironhack's control.

4. Exclusion and Clawback

• Ironhack may exclude a participant from the program and reclaim any reward already granted if:

                 - the eligibility conditions in Section 1 or 2 are later found not to have been met,

                 - there is evidence of manipulation, fraud, or other material violation of these terms.

• Participants must not use unsolicited, misleading, or harassing methods (including spam or unwanted calls/messages) to generate referrals. 
• Any losses Ironhack incurs due to a participant's violation of applicable law will be the responsibility of that participant, including reasonable legal costs.
• This Referral Program will run until an announced date, which may be extended or restricted at our discretion. We may also notify users that the Referral Program has ended with immediate effect.
• We reserve the right to terminate this Referral Program, including individual participation or the availability of its benefits, at any time.

5. Liability

• Ironhack is liable for intentional misconduct, breach of essential contractual obligations, and any harm to life, health, or physical wellbeing, in accordance with applicable law.
• For minor negligence involving non-essential obligations, Ironhack's liability is limited to foreseeable, program-typical damages.
• Beyond these cases, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This applies equally to Ironhack's employees and agents acting on its behalf.
