Before the program kicks off, you’ll complete a short self-paced onboarding to ensure a smooth start. You’ll set up essential tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, and ChatGPT; explore quick tutorials on each platform; and review how the bootcamp runs. You’ll also join your online community, check your system setup, and get ready to collaborate from day one. By the end, you’ll have all tools configured and your workspace ready for a hands-on AI Product Management journey.
BUILD YOUR FOUNDATIONS: AGILE, AI & PRODUCT THINKING
In your first weeks, you’ll master the fundamentals of modern product management. Learn Agile principles like Scrum and Kanban, practice writing user stories with AI, and explore responsible AI prompting. Then, dive into Jira and Confluence to build backlogs, PRDs, and transparent AI-assisted documentation. Finally, bring ideas to life with AI-powered Figma and no-code prototyping tools. You’ll wrap up by creating your first PRD, Jira backlog, and AI-generated wireframe for your first mini product sprint!
Turn ideas into real AI-powered products. You’ll use AI to accelerate discovery, create user personas, and validate assumptions. Then, move from prototype to MVP with tools like OpenAI and Hugging Face, building your own custom GPT or AI assistant. Learn best practices for UX, privacy, and responsible AI design. Finally, use AI to plan your roadmap and communicate strategy through compelling stakeholder decks. By the end, you’ll deliver a working MVP, roadmap, and presentation of your second mini project.
LAUNCH, MONITOR & LEAD THE AI-DRIVEN PM EXPERIENCE
In your final stretch, you’ll bring your AI product to market and lead like a true Product Manager. Use AI for go-to-market research, competitor analysis, and ethical marketing copy. Learn to track KPIs and OKRs with Mixpanel and GA4, using AI to uncover insights and optimize performance. Finally, complete your Capstone Sprint: building a product from scratch, discovery to analytics, with a focus on impact, collaboration, and responsible AI. You’ll graduate with a portfolio-ready, end-to-end AI product.

Processor: A modern multi-core CPU (e.g., Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher).
RAM: At least 8GB (16GB or more is preferable for larger machine learning projects).
Storage: A solid-state drive (SSD). We recommend a minimum of 50GB but 256GB for faster data access.
GPU: Since you'll be using TensorFlow, if your computer is GPU-enabled, NVIDIA recommends GPUs with CUDA support. The specific CUDA architecture compatibility will depend on your deep learning models and libraries. It's advisable to have a GPU with CUDA 7.0 or higher.
Note: If you're using a device that doesn't belong to you (e.g., a company computer), ensure you have full admin rights.
Will I get an official certificate after completion of the program?
Ironhack provides a private certificate that proves the program was completed. The masters are not recognized by the traditional standards of the Education administration. Due to its intensive and hands-on format, it wouldn't be possible to adapt the content and schedules to the official requirements. However, many companies recognize Ironhack for the quality of its education and the potential of our alumni.
