Before live sessions begin, you’ll build your foundation in AI literacy. You’ll explore the history of AI, understand the roles in the ecosystem, and learn how AI projects succeed or fail. You’ll get comfortable with basic coding, model training concepts, and start your own mini AI experiments. By the end, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running with the tools and mindset of an AI consultant.
You’ll learn to speak both “business” and “tech.” In this module, you’ll master the fundamentals of machine learning, Python for automation, and risk analysis for AI use cases. You’ll practice “vibe coding”, extending no-code solutions with Python, and integrate APIs to automate real workflows. By the end, you’ll deliver your first client-ready mini project connecting multiple AI services end-to-end.
Now it’s time to go beyond simple prompts. You’ll engineer powerful workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic architectures. Through hands-on labs in tools like n8n, you’ll design, test, and deploy intelligent agents that think and act autonomously. You’ll finish the module by delivering a complete agentic AI solution in a sprint-style simulation.
Here’s where you turn AI capabilities into business impact. You’ll explore computer vision, transformer architectures, and multimodal models, and then learn to communicate technical results in clear, data-driven presentations. Using Agile, Kanban, and Extreme Programming practices, you’ll manage delivery and produce a client-ready “Use Case Validation Project” that aligns AI potential with measurable business value.
You’ll build the analytical backbone of AI-driven decision-making. Learn to design meaningful metrics, run A/B tests, and build dashboards that showcase measurable ROI. You’ll also explore LLM evaluation and bias detection using real data, culminating in a dashboard project that turns technical insights into executive-level clarity.
In your final module, you’ll learn how to deploy AI responsibly. You’ll evaluate bias, fairness, and sustainability while aligning your solutions with EU AI Act requirements. You’ll tie these concepts into market readiness, brand strategy, and compliance. For your Capstone Project, you’ll deliver a full consulting engagement, from prototype to professional presentation, showcasing your ability to bridge innovation, ethics, and business outcomes.

Processor: A modern multi-core CPU (e.g., Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher).
RAM: At least 8GB (16GB or more is preferable for larger machine learning projects).
Storage: A solid-state drive (SSD). We recommend a minimum of 50GB but 256GB for faster data access.
GPU: Since you'll be using TensorFlow, if your computer is GPU-enabled, NVIDIA recommends GPUs with CUDA support. The specific CUDA architecture compatibility will depend on your deep learning models and libraries. It's advisable to have a GPU with CUDA 7.0 or higher.
Note: If you're using a device that doesn't belong to you (e.g., a company computer), ensure you have full admin rights.
Will I get an official certificate after completion of the program?
Ironhack provides a private certificate that proves the program was completed. The masters are not recognized by the traditional standards of the Education administration. Due to its intensive and hands-on format, it wouldn't be possible to adapt the content and schedules to the official requirements. However, many companies recognize Ironhack for the quality of its education and the potential of our alumni.
