What is a Bildungsgutschein?
It’s an education voucher from the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter that pays 100% of the bootcamp fee for you. No catch–they want to reduce the unemployment rate in Germany.
Who is eligible?
German residents who need the bootcamp to increase their chances of getting into the job market, as well as anyone:
Currently registered with the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter as unemployed
Who is a job seeker facing imminent unemployment
Not currently enrolled in a German university program
Steps to apply

Start your Ironhack application in the form above.
Book an appointment with your case worker at the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter– make sure to do this ASAP as it can take a while!

Pass our personal interview and technical exam.
Request the Study Offer from your Admissions Associate to apply for the Bildungsgutschein.

Prepare for the appointment, highlighting your motivations and how you will benefit from the voucher, to ensure your Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter advisor grants you the voucher.

When granted the voucher, share the great news with your Admissions Associate!

Your Admissions Associate will happily sign and stamp your Bildungsgutschein.
